We will review you goals and discuss a proposed action plan to decide which program would work best for you.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule please contact us at least 24 hrs in advance. If you cancel a session less than 24 hrs in advance you will not be entitled to a refund. If you are rescheduling less than 24 hrs in advance you will be charged a 15% convenience fee.
